Cel. gł. pro j. jest stworzenie warunków do podjęcia/ powrotu do pracy po przerwie związ. z urodz. i/ lub opieką nad dziec. dla rodzic. dzieci od6 m-ca do lat 3 z terenu gm. Wierzbica oraz stworzenie warunków dla os. które są poza rynkiem pracy z powodu konieczności spraw. opieki nad dziec. do 3 rż, poprzez utworzenie 40 miejsc w nowym Gm. Żłobku w W-cy oraz zapewnienie profesjonalnej opieki ich dzieciom w okresie od 1.07.2020r. do 30.06.2022r. Zakres rzeczowy proj. obejm.3 zad.,w tym: 1.Utworz. 40 miejsc opieki Gm.Żłobku poprzez adaptację części pomieszcz. byłej PSP na żłobek oraz zakup niezbędn. sprzętu i wyposaż.pozwalającego stworzyć optymalne warunki opieki 2.Bieżące funkcjon. utworz. miejsc opieki dla dzieci do l.3, w ramach którego zaplanow. dofinans. wynagrodzeń personelu opiek. realiz. bezpośr. zadania projektu. wobec nowo przyjętych dzieci, oraz zakup artykułów higienicznych i pomocy dydakt. 3. Szkolenia uzupełniające 6 -ciu opiek. pracown. żłobka Proj. jest skierowany do 40os.(K) mieszk. (zgodnie zKC) na terenie Gm.W-ca z obszaru woj. mazow. Proj. przewiduje objęcie wsparciem os. powracające/wchodzące na rynek pracy, które obecnie w nim nie uczestniczą ze względu na pełnienie funkcji opiekuńcz. nad dziećmi do lat 3, przebywające na urlopie macierzyńskim, rodzicielskim lub wychowaw. które z powodu braku infra str. związanej z zapewn. opieki instytucjonalnej ich dzieciom w pierwszych latach życia (przed okresem przed szk.) nie mogą płynnie powrócić na rynek pracy po przewiewie związanej z urodz. dziecka oraz osoby pozost. bez pracy które nie mają możli w. wejścia na rynek pracy, są bierne zawod.–os. dla których obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi stanowi barierę w dostępie do rynku pracy. Proj.zapewnia osiągnięcie wskaźników rezultatu bezpośr. minimum na wskazanym poziomie. Proj.zakłada realiz. typu nr 1. The aim is to create conditions for taking up/returning to work after a break related to birth and/or childcare for parents. children from 6 months to 3 years old from Wierzbica and to create conditions for those who are outside the labour market due to the need to care for children up to 3 years, by creating 40 places in the new Nursery Gym in W-care and providing professional care to their children from 1 July 2020 to 30.06.2022. The material scope of the project includes: 1.Create. 40 places of care of Gm.Żłobku through the adaptation of the part of the former PSP to the nursery and the purchase of the necessary equipment and equipment allowing to create optimal conditions of care 2.The current function. the creation of childcare facilities for children up to 3, within which the plans. co-finance. the salaries of staff caring. realises direct tasks of the project. towards newly admitted children, as well as the purchase of hygienic items and teaching aids. 3. Supplementary trainings 6 employees. crèche Proj. is addressed to 40 persons.(K) bellows. (according to the ZKC) in Gm.W-ca from the area of the Masovian Voivodeship. The project provides for support for returnees/enters to the labour market who are currently not participating in it due to their care functions. for children under 3 years of age, on maternity leave, parental leave or upbringing. who, due to the lack of institutional care associated with the provision of institutional care for their children in their first years of life (before the period before the g.) cannot seamlessly return to the labour market after a breath associated with the birth of the child and those without work who are unable to enter the labour market are passive professions for whom the obligation to care for children constitutes a barrier to access to the labour market. The project ensures the achievement of direct result indicators at the indicated level. The project assumes the realisation of type 1.
