Przedmiotowy projekt pn. „Poprawa efektywności działania istniejących poradni specjalistycznych i podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej poprzez zakup sprzętu specjalistycznego II etap” wpisany jest w obowiązujący na dzień składania wniosku aplikacyjnego Plan Inwestycyjny Regionalnych Inwestycji Terytorialnych dla Radomskiego Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji. Plan inwestycyjny został przyjęty Uchwałą nr 310/222/17 Zarządu Województwa Mazowieckiego z dnia z 27 lutego 2017 r. Projekt jest kontynuacją I etapu i będzie obejmował zakup sprzętu dla poradni związanych z chorobami kostno–mięśniowo–stawowymi, oddechowymi oraz dla osób starszych. W ramach SPZZOZ działają poradnie specjalistyczne (diabetologiczna, dermatologiczna, endokrynologiczna, kardiologiczna, chirurgii ogólnej, neurologiczna, okulistyczna, reumatologiczna, zdrowia psychicznego, terapii uzależnień od alkoholu i współuzależnienia, ginekologiczno-położnicza, otolaryngologiczna, chirurgii urazowo-ortopedycznej, gruźlicy i chorób płuc. W ubiegłym roku poradnie przyjęły 42717 pacjentów (99% z regionu radomskiego). Chcąc poprawić jakość świadczonych usług na w/w poradniach niezbędne są zakupy sprzętu. Projekt obejmuje zakup sprzętu medycznego do istniejących poradni i pracowni specjalistycznych oraz prace modernizacyjne pomieszczeń pod montowany sprzęt: 1. Doposażenie w sprzęt i modernizacja pracowni rentgenodiagnostyki 2. Doposażenie w sprzęt i modernizacja poradni chirurgii urazowo-ortopedycznej 3. Doposażenie w sprzęt i modernizacja poradni otolaryngologicznej. 4. Doposażenie w sprzęt i modernizacja poradni okulistycznej. (Polish)

The project in question “Improving the effectiveness of the existing specialist and primary health care clinics through the purchase of specialised equipment phase II” is included in the Investment Plan for Regional Territorial Investments for Radom Strategic Intervention Area in force on the day of submission of the application application. The investment plan was adopted by Resolution No 310/222/17 of the Management Board of Mazowieckie Voivodeship of 27 February 2017. The project is a continuation of phase I and will include the purchase of equipment for clinics related to osteomuscular and respiratory diseases and for the elderly. Within the framework of SPZZOZ there are specialised clinics (diabetological, dermatological, endocrinological, cardiological, general, neurological, ophthalmic, rheumatological, mental health, alcohol addiction therapy and co-administration, gynecological and obstetric surgery, otolaryngological, traumatic and orthopaedic surgery, tuberculosis and lung diseases. Last year, the clinics received 42717 patients (99 % from the Radom region). In order to improve the quality of the services provided at the above clinics, it is necessary to purchase equipment. The project includes the purchase of medical equipment for existing clinics and specialist laboratories, as well as modernisation works of the premises for assembled equipment: 1. Equipment retrofitting and modernisation of the X-ray laboratory 2. Retrofitting and modernisation of trauma orthopaedic surgery clinic 3. Retrofitting and modernisation of the otolaryngological clinic. 4. Retrofitting and modernisation of the ophthalmic clinic. (English)
