Przedmiotem projektu pn.:„Termomodernizacja Szkoły Podstawowej w Klewie” jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Żarnów, tj. budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Klewie o powierzchni użytkowej 759,88 m2. W ramach projektu w budynku zostanie wykonana termomodernizacja ścian zewnętrznych oraz dachu, remont instalacji odgromowej, wymiana opraw oświetleniowych, instalacja c.o., modernizacja kotłowni, montaż zaworów termostatycznych. W szkole stare źródło ciepła zostanie wymienione na piec nowej generacji na biomasę.Podejmowane działania będą miały na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku, zmniejszenie kosztów jego utrzymania, wzrost efektywności świadczonych w nim usług społecznych, a także ochronę środowiska poprzez zmniejszenie ilości emisji szkodliwych zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery oraz ograniczenie ilości zużywanych materiałów opałowych. Efektem termomodernizacji budynku będzie roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych CI34(90,96 CO2/rok),zmniejszeniu ulegnie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektu (1171,24 GJ/rok). Zmniejszy się również roczne zużycie energii pierwotnej w budynku publicznym CI32 (408729,72 kWh/rok, zaoszczędzona zostanie energia elektryczna(4,51MWh/rok)oraz energia cieplna(1155,01 GJ/rok. Projekt zakłada modernizację 1 szt. źródła ciepła oraz zmodernizowany energetycznie zostanie 1 budynek. Głównym celem inwestycji jest poprawa jakości życia w regionie poprzez poprawę jakości powietrza dzięki zmniejszeniu zapotrzebowania na paliwa nieodnawialne użytkowane na cele grzewcze w budynku szkoły.Grupą docelową realizowanej inwestycji będą dzieci uczęszczające do placówki oraz ludność mieszkająca w bezpośredniej lokalizacji z obiektem szkoły w Klewie.W projekcie zastosowano koncepcje projektowania uniwersalnego zgodnie z wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz zasady równości szans kobiet i męż (Polish)

The subject of the project entitled “Termomodernisation of the Primary School in Klewie” is a comprehensive thermomodernisation of a public utility building in the municipality of Żarnów, i.e. the building of the Primary School in Klewie with a usable area of 759.88 m². As part of the project, the building will carry out thermomodernisation of the exterior walls and roof, renovation of lightning system, replacement of lighting fixtures, installation of heating system, modernisation of boiler room, installation of thermostatic valves. In the school, the old heat source will be replaced by a new generation of biomass furnace. The actions taken will aim at increasing the energy efficiency of the building, reducing its maintenance costs, increasing the efficiency of its social services, as well as protecting the environment by reducing emissions of harmful pollutants into the atmosphere and reducing the amount of fuel used. Thermomodernisation of the building will result in an annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions CI34(90.96 CO2/year) and a reduction in final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of the project (1171.24 GJ/year). The annual primary energy consumption of the public building CI32 (408729.72 kWh/year, electricity (4.51 MWh/year) and thermal energy (1155.01 GJ/year) will also be reduced. The project involves the modernisation of 1 heat source and 1 building will be energy-modified. The main objective of the investment is to improve the quality of life in the region by improving air quality by reducing the demand for non-renewable fuels used for heating purposes in the school building. The target group of the investment will be children attending the facility and the population living in a direct location with the school in Klewie. The project uses universal design concepts in accordance with the guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and husband (English)
