Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest inwestycja, polegająca na nabyciu środków trwałych, które umożliwią wdrożenie nowej usługi budowy instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnej. Realizacja niniejszego projektu umożliwi osiągnięcie głównego celu projektu, jakim jest rozpoczęcie działalności firmy PPHU WALCZAK MACIEJ WALCZAK w nowej branży związanej z budową instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnej w celu dywersyfikacji źródeł przychodów. Decyzja o przebranżowieniu się została podjęta w wyniku znacznego obniżenia obrotów firmy z powodu ograniczenia liczby przetargów, jak również liczby zleceń związanych z budową oraz remontem dróg z powodu pandemii COVID-19. Nowa usługa będzie skierowana do obecnie obsługiwanych grup docelowych tj. do sektora jednostek budżetowych oraz całkiem nowych, tj. do generalnych wykonawców inwestycji – deweloperów oraz klientów indywidualnych. Zakres projektu pozwoli firmie na znaczące podniesienie konkurencyjności, a także wzrost przychodów z tytułu nowej usługi i wzrost zatrudnienia. W wyniku podjętych działań będziemy mogli utrzymać się na rynku. Zatem zakres inwestycji określony przedmiotowym projektem jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby naszej firmy. Te z kolei są wynikiem analizy potrzeb rynku i klientów. Zakres przedmiotowy niniejszego projektu pozwoli w pełni zaspokoić również długofalowe potrzeby firmy PPHU WALCZAK, ponieważ umożliwi zakup nowoczesnego sprzętu, który pozwoli na wdrożenie i świadczenie nowej usługi budowy instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnej. Kompleksowe zrealizowanie inwestycji i osiągnięcie zakładanych rezultatów będzie możliwe dzięki wiedzy i doświadczeniu kadry firmy, a także realnemu harmonogramowi realizacji projektu obejmującego 1 zadanie. The subject of this project is an investment consisting of the acquisition of fixed assets, which will enable the implementation of a new service for the construction of a water and sewerage system. The implementation of this project will make it possible to achieve the main objective of the project, which is to start operations of PPHU WALCZAK MACIEJ WALCZAK in a new industry related to the construction of water and sewage systems in order to diversify sources of revenue. The decision to change was made as a result of a significant decrease in the company’s turnover due to a reduction in the number of tenders, as well as the number of contracts related to the construction and repair of roads due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The new service will be addressed to the currently served target groups, i.e. to the sector of budgetary units and completely new, i.e. to general contractors of the investment – developers and individual clients. The scope of the project will allow the company to significantly increase its competitiveness, as well as increase revenues from the new service and increase employment. As a result of the measures taken, we will be able to stay on the market. Therefore, the scope of the investment defined by this project is a response to the identified needs of our company. These in turn are the result of an analysis of market and customer needs. The scope of this project will also fully meet the long-term needs of PPHU WALCZAK, as it will enable the purchase of modern equipment that will allow the implementation and provision of a new service for the construction of water and sewage systems. Comprehensive implementation of the investment and achievement of the expected results will be possible thanks to the knowledge and experience of the company’s staff, as well as a real timetable for the implementation of the project covering 1 task.
