Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja związana z modernizacją i wyposażeniem obiektu w Klementowie celem wdrożenia nowych usług w firmie Wnioskodawcy. Wybrane rozwiązanie jest technologiczne nowoczesne, ekonomiczne, przyjazne środowisku oraz pozytywnie wpływa na bezpieczeństwo pracy w przedsiębiorstwie. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone prace budowlane, zakupione wyposażenie, wózek widłowy oraz oprogramowanie w celu wprowadzenia nowych usług- związanych z handlem materiałami budowlanymi. Inwestycja realizowana jest w związku z negatywnymi konsekwencjami oraz ograniczeniami związanymi z epidemią COVID-19 i spadkiem przychodów oraz efektywności działania firmy na rynku. Wartość inwestycji ogółem wynosi 934 800,00 zł, koszty kwalifikowalne projektu wynoszą 760 000,00 zł. Poziom dofinansowania inwestycji wynosi 646 000,00 zł- co stanowi 85,00% kosztów kwalifikowalnych projektu. Inwestycja została wyrażona w następujących wskaźniku rezultatu : - Liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy kobiety / mężczyźni- 0/1, - Liczba utrzymanych miejsc pracy kobiety / mężczyźni (wsparcie w związku z pandemią COVID-19) 0/2. Po zakończeniu realizacji niniejszego projektu Wnioskodawca pozostanie właścicielem opisywanych aktywów. Analizowana inwestycja stanowi rozwiązanie wysoce innowacyjne. Innowacja produktowa - polega m.in. na wprowadzeniu zupełnie nowych innowacyjnych usług do oferty asortymentowej firmy Wnioskodawcy. Inwestycja ta spowoduje znaczną poprawę konkurencyjności firmy na rynku województwa łódzkiego, jak i na terenie całego kraju. (Polish)

The object of the project is an investment related to the modernisation and equipment of the facility in Klementów in order to implement new services at the Applicant’s company. The chosen solution is modern, economical, environmentally friendly and has a positive impact on the safety of work in the company. The project will carry out construction works, purchased equipment, forklift and software to introduce new services related to the trade in building materials. The investment is carried out in connection with the negative consequences and constraints associated with the COVID-19 outbreak and the decrease in revenues and efficiency of the company’s operations on the market. The total value of the investment is PLN 934 800.00, the eligible costs of the project amount to PLN 760 000.00. The level of co-financing for the investment is PLN 646 000.00 – which represents 85.00 % of the eligible costs of the project. The investment is expressed in the following result indicator: — Number of newly created jobs women/men – 0/1, – Number of jobs maintained by women/men (support in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic) 0/2. Upon completion of this project, the Applicant will remain the owner of the assets described. This investment is a highly innovative solution. Product innovation – involves, among others, the introduction of completely new innovative services to the Applicant’s assortment offer. This investment will significantly improve the competitiveness of the company on the Łódź voivodship market as well as throughout the country. (English)
