Realizacja projektu jest efektem długofalowej strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa Gastro-Food Edyta Znyk-Piotrowska która oparta jest na poszanowaniu tradycji przy jednoczesnym rozwoju branży spożywczej. Projekt dotyczy opracowania i wdrożenia na rynek pierogów dietetycznych, o cechach funkcjonalnych i wydłużonej trwałości podczas przechowywania chłodniczego i zamrażalniczego, który zostanie opracowany z uwzględnieniem właściwości nowych wyrobów i obejmować będzie dobór atmosfery i folii do przechowywania chłodniczego. W ramach projektu przewiduje się komponent badawczy (Zadanie 1) realizowany przez Politechnikę Łódzką na zlecenie Wnioskodawcy oraz komponent wdrożeniowy (Zadanie 2) realizowane przez Wnioskodawcę. Łączna wartość kosztów kwalifikowalnych to 865 150,00 zł, natomiast wnioskowana dotacja w wysokości 85% (mikro przedsiębiorstwo) wynosi 735 377,50 zł. The implementation of the project is the result of the long-term development strategy of the company Gastro-Food Edyta Znyk-Piotrowska, which is based on respect for tradition while developing the food industry. The project concerns the development and implementation on the market of dietetic dumplings with functional characteristics and extended shelf life during refrigeration and freezing storage, which will be developed taking into account the characteristics of the new products and will include the selection of atmosphere and foil for refrigeration storage. The project foresees a research component (Task 1) implemented by the Łódź University of Technology on behalf of the Applicant and an implementation component (Task 2) carried out by the Applicant. The total value of eligible costs is PLN 865 150.00, while the requested grant of 85 % (micro enterprise) amounts to PLN 735 377.50.
