Celem projektu zaplanowanym do 31/05/2022r. jest wzrost zdolności do zatrudnienia min.60 z 85 UP [55%K] mieszk.powiatów objętych projektem, powyżej 18 r.ż., wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym przez objęcie ich kompleksowym programem integracji społecznej i zawodowej. UP zostanie zaoferowane: - opr. Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji [100%UP] - 100% UP zostanie objętych usługami doradztwa zawodowego, poradnictwa zawodowego [Zad.1]-280 h ind. poradnictwa specjalistycznego[Zad.3] - UP wezmą udział w 5-dn. treningach kompet.i umiejętności społ.[Zad.3] - śr. 60 UP zrealizuje średnio 70h program szkoleń zawodowych [Zad.5] - śr. 60 UP zrealizuje min.3-miesięczny (średnio 4 miesięczny) program stażu zawodowego (długość zal. od IŚR) [Zad.6] - Każdy z 85 UP zostanie objęty usługami pośrednika pracy [5h/UP], doradcy/psychologa oraz wsparciem mentorskim [sr. 10h/UP, Zad. 2] (Polish)

The objective of the project, planned until 31/05/2022, is to increase the employability of at least 60 from 85 UP [55 %K] of the districts covered by the project, above the age of 18, excluded and at risk of social exclusion by including them in a comprehensive programme of social and occupational integration. Up will be offered: OPR. Individual Reintegration Path [100 %UP] – 100 % UP will be covered by professional counselling, career guidance [Rad.1]-280 h ind. specialist guidance[Zad.3] – UP will take part in 5-day comet.i skills training.[Zad.3] – ed. 60 UP will implement on average 70h vocational training programme [Rad.5] – Wed. 60 UP will implement a minimum of 3 months (average 4 months) work placement programme (length from IMR) [Rad.6] – Each of the 85 UP will be covered by a job intermediary [5h/UP], an advisor/psychologist and mentoring support [sr. 10h/UP, Zad. 2] (English)
