Przedmiotem projektu są prace polegające na budowie infrastruktury sportowo-rekreacyjnej w miejscowości Niemczyk, mające na celu odnowę przestrzeni zdegradowanej zidentyfikowanej w Gminnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Papowo Biskupie na lata 2017 – 2023.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Papowo Biskupie. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć interesariuszy rewitalizacji, w tym przede wszystkim lokalną społeczność, czyli mieszkańców wsi Niemczyk, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji niniejszej inwestycji.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Niemczyk na działce nr 43/2.Głównym problemem jest brak uporządkowanych przestrzeni publicznych pełniących funkcje aktywizacji społecznej.Głównym celem jest utworzenie uporządkowanej przestrzeni publicznej pełniącej funkcje aktywizacji społecznej.Planowanymi produktami realizacji projektu będą: a) Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach – 1 szt.b) Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1szt.c) Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 0 szt.d) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 0,25 haPlanowanym rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie:a) Liczba osób korzystająca ze zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 150 osóbZakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje realizację następujących działań: 1. The object of the project is the construction of sports and recreational infrastructure in Niemczyk, aimed at renewing the degraded space identified in the Municipal Programme for the Revitalisation of the Municipality of Papowo Biskupie for the years 2017-2023. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Papowo Biskupie. It is worth noting, however, that due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries should include stakeholders of revitalisation, including primarily the local community, i.e. residents of the village Niemczyk, because they will benefit most from the implementation of this investment.The project will be implemented in the village of Niemczyk on plot No 43/2.The main problem is the lack of orderly public spaces performing the functions of social activation.The main goal is to create an orderly public space performing the functions of social activation.The planned products of the project will be: a) Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 1 pcs.b) Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – 1 pcs.c) Number of projects that financed the costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities – 0 pcs.d) The area of areas covered by the revitalisation – 0.25 haThe planned result of the project will be:(a) Number of people using revitalised areas – 150 personsThe scope of the investment covers the implementation of the following actions: 1.
