Projekt pn. „Adaptacja budynku po dawnym magazynie na cele aktywizacji społecznej” zostanie zrealizowany na terenie Gminy Łysomice, położonej w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim, w powiecie ziemskim toruńskim na działkach 130/6, 140/6, w obrębie ewidencyjnym Łysomice. Założeniem niniejszego projektu jest podjęcie działań infrastrukturalnych na obszarze Gminy Łysomice, które przyczynią się do rewitalizacji społeczno-gospodarczej miejscowości Łysomice oraz Ostaszewo, na terenie których stwierdzono dużą koncentrację negatywnych zjawisk społecznych. Projekt infrastrukturalny wraz z realizowanymi dzięki niemu projektami społecznymi ma spowodować ożywienie społeczne i gospodarcze na obszarze rewitalizacji oraz poprawę warunków uczestnictwa osób zamieszkujących obszary problemowe w życiu społecznym i gospodarczym. Zaadaptowany budynek umożliwi utworzenie centrum aktywizacji społecznej, w którym będę mogły odbywać się m.in szkolenia w zakresie podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych, zakładania i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej.Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje adaptację części istniejącego budynku magazynowego, zmianę sposobu użytkowania na cele rekreacyjno-edukacyjne wraz z budową niezbędnej infrastrukturą technicznej tj. zewnętrznymi instalacjami technicznymi, przyłączem kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej.Przedsięwzięcie będące przedmiotem niniejszej dokumentacji znajduje się na liście projektów głównych Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Łysomice przyjętego uchwałą Nr X/66/2019 Rady Gminy Łysomice z dnia 18 czerwca 2019 r. Project entitled The “adaptation of the building after the former warehouse for social activation” will be carried out in the municipality of Łysomice, located in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, in the territorial district of Toruń on parcels 130/6, 140/6, within the Lysomice cadastral area. The aim of this project is to undertake infrastructural measures in the area of the municipality of Łysomice, which will contribute to the socio-economic regeneration of the villages of Łysomice and Ostaszewo, where there has been a high concentration of negative social phenomena. The infrastructure project, together with social projects implemented through it, aims to stimulate social and economic recovery in the area of regeneration and improve the conditions for participation of people living in problem areas in social and economic life. The adapted building will enable the creation of a social activation centre, in which I will be able to take place, among others, training in the field of professional skills, setting up and running a business. The scope of the project includes the adaptation of parts of the existing warehouse building, the change of use for recreational and educational purposes, together with the construction of the necessary technical infrastructure, i.e. external technical installations, connection of sanitary and rain drainage systems. The project covered by this documentation is included in the list of main projects of the Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Łysomice adopted by Resolution No X/66/2019 of the Municipality of Łysomice of 18 June 2019.
