Przedmiotem projektu planowanego do realizacji przez firmę EMIX Sp. z o.o. jest wdrożenie innowacyjnych na skalę kraju mieszanek lunchowych BIO na bazie surowców rolnictwa ekologicznego, co spowoduje dywersyfikację działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy. Mieszanki te będą produktami o unikalnym składzie i walorach odżywczych, które dotychczas nie były wytwarzane w Polsce.Nowe produkty stanowią odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane problemy, występujące obecnie w społeczeństwie, a także na zapotrzebowanie zgłaszane przez rynek:1. BIO mieszanki mają oryginalne receptury o unikatowym składzie, co zapewnia im duże walory odżywcze. Mogą spełniać indywidualne potrzeby konsumenckie osób, które poszukują na rynku żywności ekologicznej do szybkiego przygotowania w formie dania lunchowego. 2. Rodzaje kasz zastosowane w BIO mieszankach charakteryzują się niskim indeksem glikemicznym, co skutkuje brakiem nagłych zmian poziomu cukru we krwi, stąd tego typu mieszanki mogą być stosowane w żywieniu diabetyków.3. BIO mieszanki są bogatym źródłem błonnika, który reguluje pracę jelit, ma korzystny wpływ na profil lipidowy krwi oraz probiotyczną mikroflorę jelitową, co predysponuje je do profilaktyki chorób dietozależnych (m.in. miażdżycy, otyłości, nowotworów jelit). 4. Produkty stanowią dobre źródło składników mineralnych (magnezu, żelaza, cynku) oraz witamin z grupy B i kwasu foliowego. Produkty zawierają w swoim składzie również kwasy fenolowe, które wykazują działanie antyoksydacyjne stanowiące podstawę w profilaktyce antykancerogennej.Konieczność podjęcia decyzji co do realizacji projektu wynika z dokonanej analizy rynku, ale także z obecnych ograniczeń techniczno-technologicznych w firmie, które uniemożliwiają rozpoczęcie produkcji innowacyjnych mieszanek lunchowych. Zakres rzeczowy niniejszego projektu obejmuje zakup dozownika z wagami kombinacyjnymi, taśmociągu grupującego, automatu pakującego oraz wagi dynamicznej. (Polish)

The subject of the project planned for implementation by EMIX Sp. z o.o. is the implementation of innovative BIO lunch mixes on a national scale based on raw materials of organic farming, which will result in diversification of the Applicant’s economic activity. These blends will be products of a unique composition and nutritional value, which have not yet been produced in Poland.The new products respond to the problems identified, present in society, as well as to the demand submitted by the market:1. Bio blends have original recipes with a unique composition, which provides them with high nutritional value. They can meet the individual needs of people who are looking for a quick preparation in the form of lunch on the organic food market. 2. The types of groats used in BIO blends are characterised by a low glycemic index, which results in the absence of sudden changes in blood sugar levels, hence such mixtures can be used in the nutrition of diabetics.3. Bio blends are a rich source of fiber, which regulates the work of the intestines, has a beneficial effect on the lipid profile of the blood and probiotic intestinal microflora, which predisposes them to the prevention of diet-related diseases (including atherosclerosis, obesity, bowel cancer). 4. The products are a good source of minerals (magnesium, iron, zinc) and vitamins of group B and folic acid. The products also contain phenolic acids, which have an antioxidant effect on the basis of anti-cancerogenic prevention.The need to make a decision on the implementation of the project results from the market analysis carried out, but also from the current technical and technological limitations in the company, which prevent the start of production of innovative lunch mixtures. The material scope of this project includes the purchase of a dispenser with combination scales, a grouping belt, a packaging machine and a dynamic scale. (English)
