Celem projektu jest POWSTANIE na terenie m.Grudziądza niezb. i odpowiadającej obecnemu zapotrzebowaniu INFRASTRUKTURY BIZNESOWEJ w postaci inkubatora przedsiębiorczości dla firm z sektora MŚP spełniając. kryteria start-upów (prowadz. działaln. gospod. nie dłużej niż 36m).W ramach projektu planuje się realizację następ. działań: A)zakup prac i materiałów budowl. celem budowy:-budynku biurowo-usługowego (Inkubatora Przedsiębiorczości) o 4 kondygn. naziemnych;-parkingu powierzchniowego na 46 miejsc parking. wraz z drogą manewrową;-terenowej infrastruktury:chodników,miejsc rekreac.,ogrodu letniego,stojaków rowerowych i ławek z zagospodarowa. terenu);-wykonania infrastruktury technicznej:oświetlenia terenu,przyłączy i instalacji: gazowych,wod-kan,deszczowych,energet. i teletechn.;B)zakup projektu aranżacji wnętrz wraz z niezb. wyposażeniem biurowo-konferenc. inkubatora.Pomieszczenia w obiekcie będą przeznaczone na wynajem biur i sal konferenc.,świadczenie usług doradczych,szkoleniowych,konferenc.oraz ZAAWANSOWANEGO DORADZTWA skierowanych do firm z sektora MŚP (start-upów) oraz będą posiadać niezb. infrastr. tele-techniczną oraz zaplecze gastronom.Inwestycja poprzez realizację ww. zakresu rzeczowego wpiszę się w 2 typy projektów dla konkursu tj. –budowa infrastr. pod działaln. gospod. i infrastr. towarzysz.;–zakup Śr.Trw. i WNiP, niezb. do prawidł. funkcjon. wspieranej infrastruktury.Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na bieżące zapotrzebowanie wśród MŚP na profesjonalą infrastrukturę budynkową oraz usługi doradcze przez co nie będzie stanowić powielenia dostępnej infrastr. o podobnym profilu, tym bardziej,iż limit dostępnej infrastruktury podobnego rodzaju na terenie m. Grudziądza został wyczerpany.Zaplanowane działania przełożą się na stworzenie lepszych warunków do rozwoju MSP w m.Grudziądzu.Powyższe pozwoli na świadczenie zaawansowanych (pro-rozwojowych) usług doradczych na powstałej infrastrukturze nowego inkubatora. The aim of the project is to SUPPORT on the territory of the city. It is necessary and corresponding to the current needs of BUSINESS INFRASTRUCTURE in the form of an enterprise incubator for companies from the SME sector, meeting the criteria of start-ups (run. activities. A)purchase of works and building materials. for the construction of:-office and service building (Entrepreneurship Incubator) with 4 floors above ground;-surface parking for 46 parking spaces. along with a manoeuvring road;-terrain infrastruktury:chodników,miejsc recreation area,summer garden,bicycle stands and benches with land development);-the completion of infrastructure technicznej:oświetlenia of the site,connections and installations: gas, water-canning, rain, energy and teletechn.;B)purchase of an interior design project with necessary office and conference equipment.Incubator facilities.The premises in the facility will be for rent of offices and conference rooms.Provision of advisory services,training,conferenc.and AVALANT DRADE addressed to companies from the SME sector (start-ups) and will have the necessary tele-technical infrastructure and facilities of gastronomy.Investment through the implementation of the above-mentioned scope of subject matter will be included in 2 types of projects for the competition, i.e.. —construction of the infrastructure under the activity of the house and the comrade;-the purchase of Śr.Tr. and WNiP, necessary for the proper functioning of the supported infrastructure. The project responds to the current needs of SMEs for professional building infrastructure and consultancy services, so that it will not duplicate the available infrastructure with a similar profile, even more so, the limit of available infrastructure of a similar type in Grudziądz has been exhausted.The planned activities will translate into creating better conditions for the development of SMEs in the city of Grudziądz.The above will allow the provision of advanced (pro-development) advisory services on the created infrastructure of a new incubator.
