Zakres projektu obejmuje wymianę źródeł ciepła i wykonanie instalacji c.o. oraz c.w.u w 37 mieszkaniach komunalnych zlokalizowanych w 18 budynkach wielorodzinnych na terenie Jedliny-Zdroju: - Chojnowska 2/7 - Lipowa 3/2, 3/5, 3/6 - Piastowska 3/4, 3/5, - Piastowska 7/9, - Piastowska 34/4 - Piastowska 41/2, 41/3, 41/4, 41/5 - Piastowska 46/2, 46/3, - Piastowska 48/2, 48/2a - Piastowska 72/1, 72/3, - Plac Zwycięstwa 1/1, - Plac Zwycięstwa 2/1 - Plac Zwycięstwa 15/15, 15/16 - Sienkiewicza 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, 2/4, 2/5, 2/6 - Sienkiewicza 2A/1, 2A/2 - Sienkiewicza 4/2 - Wałbrzyska 3/6, 3/7 - Wałbrzyska 5/2, 5/4 - Warszawska 17/2, 17/5 Wszystkie mieszkania ogrzewane są za pomocą pieców stałopalnych opalanych węglem. W ramach zadania w mieszkaniach zostaną wykonane następujące prace: - demontaż istniejącego źródła ciepła oraz istniejących instalacji c.o oraz c.w.u. - montaż kotła gazowego na potrzeby centralnego ogrzewania i c.w.u. - wykonanie podłączenia kotła do instalacji zasilanej gazem GZ-50 - wykonanie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania z grzejnikami stalowo-płytowymi i zaworami grzejnikowymi termostatycznymi - wykonanie instalacji odprowadzającej spaliny - wykonanie instalacji wentylacyjnej nawiewno-wywiewnej w pomieszczeniu, w którym zostanie kocioł gazowy. Głównym celem projektu jest wprowadzenie gazu jako paliwa podstawowego co wyeliminuje emisję szkodliwych pyłów i gazów do atmosfery a także wprowadzenie systemu regulacji z zaworami termostatycznymi na kaloryferach co pozwoli na racjonalne wykorzystanie wytwarzanego ciepła. The scope of the project includes the exchange of heat sources and the execution of central heating and hot water installations in 37 communal apartments located in 18 multi-family buildings in Jedlina-Zdrój: — Chojnowska 2/7 – Lipowa 3/2, 3/5, 3/6 – Piastowska 3/4, 3/5, – Piastowska 7/9, – Piastowska 34/4 – Piastowska 41/2, 41/3, 41/4, 41/5 – Piastowska 46/2, 46/3, – Piastowska 48/2, 48/2a – Piastowska 72/1, 72/3, – Victory Square 1/1, – Victory Square 2/1 – Victory Square 15/15, 15/16 – Sienkiewicza 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, 2/4, 2/5, 2/6 – Sienkiewicza 2A/1, 2A/2 – Sienkiewicza 4/2 – Wałbrzyska 3/6, 3/7 – Wałbrzyska 5/2, 5/4 – Warsaw 17/2, 17/5 All apartments are heated with coal-fired stoves. As part of the task in the apartments, the following works will be carried out: — dismantling the existing heat source and existing central heating and hot water installations – installation of a gas boiler for central heating and hot water – connection of the boiler to the gas-powered installation GZ-50 – execution of a central heating installation with steel-plate heaters and thermostatic heater valves – execution of an exhaust discharge system – execution of a ventilation and ventilation system in the room where the gas boiler will remain. The main objective of the project is to introduce gas as a basic fuel, which will eliminate the emission of harmful dusts and gases into the atmosphere, as well as the introduction of a system of regulation with thermostatic valves on radiators, which will allow for the rational use of the heat generated.
