W czasie pandemii brak możliwości sprzedaży posiłków w lokalu, spowodowało, iż sytuacja firmy drastycznie się zmieniła.Zostały podjęte środki zaradcze: -sprzedaż tylko na wynos i z dowozem, podpisano umowę z pyszne.pl -minimalizacja menu -likwidacja ogródka na zewn. -skrócenie czasu pracy lokalu i zamknięcie w soboty -obniżenie wymiaru czasu pracy o 20% Powyższe nie przyniosło zamierzonych efektów, nastąpił bardzo duży spadek liczby klientów i obrotów. W etapie luzowania ograniczeń, modyfikacja sposobu prowadzenia działal. w lokalu posiadającym 19 miejsc, pozwoliła na przyjęcie w jednym czasie 6 osób, ze wzgl. na limity liczby gości i odległości między nimi oraz obawy klientów dot. bezpieczeństwa i zdrowia–to wszystko nie wpłynęło pozytywnie na kondycję firmy. Koszty utrzymania firmy w czasie pandemii: Czynsz–3321 zł Media–śred.1250 zł Leasing–574,14 zł Usł.księgowe–455,10 zł Wynagrodzenia–śred.8746 zł ZUS-śred.3720 zł Zakup towaru–śred.10-12 tyś.zł Firma doświadczyła znacznych ograniczeń i nie może prowadzić działalności bez zakłóceń,ma problem z płynnością finansową i ze sprzedażą towarów. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do: -utrzymania personelu -rozwinięcia działań w zakresie dowozów posiłków -przywrócenie bogatszego menu -przywrócenia pracy lokalu w godz. 11-19 i w soboty -przywrócenie ogródka na zewnątrz -podjęcia działań marketingowych w celu pozyskania klientów. Wnioskodawca obawia się, iż bez pomocy zewnętrznego dofinansowania, nie będzie w stanie utrzymać firmy. Do chwili obecnej skorzystano z dofinansowania do wynagrodzeń (50% przez 3 m-ce: IV,V,VI), zwolnienia z ZUS oraz subwencji, co wpłynęło na utrzymanie się w trudnym okresie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia. Działalność lokalu i powrót do obrotów sprzed pandemii wymaga czasu,obroty są ograniczone, a rentowność zdecydowanie niższa, to znacząco wpłynęło na pogorszenie kondycji firmy i obawy o utrzymanie się na rynku, co bezwzględnie wymaga dodatkowych środków, aby utrzymać płynność finansową firmy. During the pandemic, the inability to sell meals in the premises caused the company’s situation to change drastically.Remedies were taken: —sale only for takeaway and delivery, a contract with delicious.pl -minimisation of the menu – liquidation of the garden outside. — shortening of the working time of the premises and closing on Saturdays – the reduction of working time by 20 % The above did not produce the desired effects, there was a very large decrease in the number of customers and turnover. At the stage of easing the restrictions, the modification of the way of driving worked in the premises with 19 seats, allowed for the reception at one time of 6 people, due to the limits of the number of guests and distance between them and the concerns of customers regarding safety and health – all this did not positively affect the condition of the company. Costs of maintaining the company during the pandemic: Rent-3321 zł Media-śred1250 zł Leasing-574.14 zł Accounting services – PLN 455.10 Remuneration – PLN8746 ZUS-sed.3720 zł Purchase of goods – 10-12 thousand.zł The company has experienced significant restrictions and cannot operate without disruption, has a problem with liquidity and with the sale of goods. The implementation of the project will contribute to: —maintenance of staff -developing the delivery of meals -reinstate a richer menu -restoration of the premises at hrs. 11-19 and Saturdays – restoring the garden outside – undertaking marketing activities to attract customers. The applicant fears that, without the aid of external funding, he will not be able to maintain the company. To date, wage subsidies have been used (50 % by 3 months: IV,V,VI), dismissals from the Social Security Office and subsidies, which contributed to the maintenance of difficult periods and employment. The operation of the premises and the return to turnover before the pandemic take time,the turnover is limited and profitability is much lower, this has significantly affected the company’s condition and the fear of remaining in the market, which absolutely requires additional resources to maintain the company’s liquidity.
