Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sokołowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 44% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji ( w tym: osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3) oraz minimum 59,5 % pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the Sokołów County. The main outcome of the project will be to employ a minimum of 44 % of the most vulnerable (including: persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED 3) and a minimum of 59.5 % of other non-members. As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
