Audyt wzorniczy zostanie przeprowadzony przez firmę „Soul & Mind Group” Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w 60-616 Poznań, ul. Małopolska 8, wpisaną do rejestru przedsiębiorców – KRS nr 0000113278 NIP: 7822244714; REGON: 634360740. Audyt będzie trwał 4 miesiące (120 dni), a rozpocznie się w ciągu 14 dni od daty powiadomienia Wykonawcy przez Zamawiającego o otrzymaniu informacji od PARP o przyznaniu dofinansowania. W ramach audytu odbędzie się 8 sześciogodzinnych wizyt ekspertów realizujących usługę doradczą w siedzibie Zamawiającego, mających na celu zebranie szczegółowych informacji, podjęcie strategicznych ustaleń, poznanie specyfiki działalności Zamawiającego. Audyt wzorniczy będzie składał się z następujących etapów: 1. Analiza firmy obejmująca: - strukturę organizacyjną - ofertę produktową/usługową przedsiębiorstwa - procesy komunikacyjne i strategię marketingową - strategię i model biznesowy - stosowaną technologię 2. Analiza otoczenia biznesowego obejmująca: - klientów - konkurencję 3. Analiza trendów obejmująca badanie wiedzy o trendach i ich wykorzystanie w firmie 4. Analiza zagadnień wzorniczych obejmująca ocenę poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie. 5. Opracowanie raportu i Strategii wzorniczej na podstawie analizy informacji zebranych w ramach etapów 1-4. Ze strony wykonawcy, do przeprowadzenia ww. czynności zostaną oddelegowani następujący eksperci: 1. Maciej Zaremba 2. Dr hab. Jacek Kall 3. Bartłomiej Mikosz 4. Bartłomiej Janiszewski 5. Dr hab. The design audit will be carried out by the company "Soul & Mind Group" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in 60-616 Poznań, ul. Małopolska 8, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs – KRS No 0000113278 TIN: 7822244714; REGON: 634360740. The audit will last 4 months (120 days) and will begin within 14 days of the date on which the Contracting Authority notified the Contractor of the receipt of information from PARP about the grant of funding. As part of the audit, there will be 8 six-hour visits of experts providing advisory services to the Contracting Authority’s headquarters, aimed at gathering detailed information, making strategic findings, understanding the specificities of the Ordering Party’s activities. The design audit will consist of the following steps: 1. Analysis of the company including: — organizational structure – company’s product/service offer – communication processes and marketing strategy – business strategy and model – technology used 2. Business environment analysis including: — customers – competition 3. Analysis of trends including research on trends and their use in the company 4. Analysis of design issues including an assessment of the level of use of design in the company and its potential in this area. 5. Preparation of a report and a design strategy on the basis of an analysis of the information collected under stages 1-4.
