Cílem projektu je rekonstrukce objektů Březenecká č.p.4809 a stavby bývalé sauny na p.č.4865/94, k.ú. Chomutov, a snížení jejich energetické náročnosti. Zlepšením tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy a výplně otvorů, rekonstrukcí rozvodů elektro a osvětlení dojde ke zprovoznění budovy v požadovaném energetickém standardu, snížení nákladů, zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a užitné hodnoty. a. The project aims to reconstruct the premises of the Březenecká Č.p. 4809 and the construction of the former sauna for p.č.4865/94, cadastral district. Chomutov, and a reduction in their energy performance. By improving the thermal characteristics of the envelope of the building and closing holes, the reconstruction of the electrical and lighting distribution, the building will be brought into operation in the required energy standard, cost reductions, increase in competitiveness and value for utility. a.
