Cel główny niniejszego przedsięwzięcia został sformułowany w następujący sposób: „wzmocnienie pozycji konkurencyjnej Ultratech Sp. z o.o. i podniesienie poziomu jej innowacyjności, w oparciu o wdrożenie innowacji produktowej, będącej rezultatem własnych prac badawczo-rozwojowych”. Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja inwestycji technologicznej mającej na celu wdrożenie własnej, innowacyjnej technologii w postaci wyników prac rozwojowych oraz uruchomienie na jej podstawie wytwarzania nowych wyrobów. Omawiana inwestycja jest w pełni zgodna z zapisami art. 2 ust. 1 pkt. 9 Ustawy z dnia 30 maja 2008 r. o niektórych formach wspierania działalności innowacyjnej (Dz. U. z 2014 r., poz. 226) związana jest bowiem z wdrożeniem nowej technologii pn. „Technologia wytwarzania z żarowytrzymałych nadstopów niklu łopatek i segmentów kierujących do średnich i dużych silników lotniczych i gazowych turbin energetycznych” wypracowanej w ramach prowadzonych przez Ultratech prac B+R i rozpoczęciu produkcji nowej generacji łopatek turbin lotniczych i gazowych turbin energetycznych średniej i dużej mocy powyżej 35 MW oraz łopatek (segmentów) kierujących, znacząco ulepszonych w stosunku do wyrobów aktualnie produkowanych w Polsce i w Europie. W ramach projektu poniesione zostaną wydatki, które są niezbędne do wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii i rozpoczęcie w oparciu o nią produkcji nowych wyrobów. W związku z powyższym zaplanowano zakup w ramach projektu maszyn i urządzenia składających się na planowaną linię technologiczną. Działania te umożliwią przeprowadzenie prób końcowych i rozruchu technologicznego, a następnie uruchomienie produkcji wyrobów w 2021 r. (Polish)

The main objective of this project is worded as follows: “strengthening the competitive position of Ultratech Sp. z o.o. and increasing its level of innovation, based on the implementation of product innovation, resulting from its own research and development”. The subject of the project is the implementation of a technological investment aimed at implementing its own innovative technology in the form of the results of development work and launching the production of new products on the basis of it. The investment in question is fully in line with Article 2(a). 1 pt. 9 of the Act of 30 May 2008 on certain forms of support for innovation activities (Dz. U. of 2014, item. 226) is linked to the implementation of a new technology entitled. “Technology for the production of vanes and steering segments from incandescent nickel superalloys to medium and large aircraft engines and gas turbines” developed as part of Ultratech’s R & D work and the start of production of a new generation of aircraft turbine blades and gas turbines above 35 MW and steering blades (segments) significantly improved compared to products currently manufactured in Poland and in Europe. The project will bear the expenses necessary to implement the innovative technology and start the production of new products based on it. In view of the above, it is planned to purchase as part of the project the machines and equipment consisting of the planned technological line. These actions will allow for final testing and technological start-up, followed by the start-up of the production of products in 2021. (English)
