SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie profesjonalnego procesu projektowego i wdrożenie do produkcji 3 nowych modeli rowerów. W wyniku współpracy z profesjonalnym projektantem nastąpi wzrost posiadanego przez Spółkę potencjału oraz poszerzenie jej oferty. Nastąpi rozwój Spółki. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące etapy: ETAP 1 Usługi doradcze w zakresie profesjonalnego procesu projektowego: 1. Wstępny audyt – został wykonany przed złożeniem niniejszego wniosku. W audycie m. in. potwierdzono potencjał Wnioskodawcy oraz celowość i zakres planowanego procesu wzorniczego 2. Stworzenie strategii działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego 3. Tworzenie rozwiązań, prototypowanie oraz przeprowadzenie testów nowego produktu ETAP 2 Inwestycja początkowa umożliwiająca wdrożenie nowego projektu wzorniczego. Na tym etapie dokonana zostanie inwestycja pozwalająca na dywersyfikację dotychczasowej usługowej działalności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty nowych wyrobów i rozpoczęcie produkcji rowerów. Zaplanowano zakup środków trwałych niezbędnych do rozpoczęcia produkcji: a) Zestaw wyposażenia stanowisk produkcyjnych Zaplanowane usługi doradcze obejmują profesjonalny proces projektowy, który zaplanowano w oparciu o wyniki audytu wzorniczego. Planowana do zakupu infrastruktura będzie wykorzystywana w procesie produkcyjnym wdrażanych modeli rowerów. Przeprowadzenie profesjonalnego procesu projektowego, wdrożenie produktów oraz zakup środków trwałych są działaniami niezbędnymi do wykonania w celu wprowadzenia nowego produktu na rynek oraz rozpoczęcia jego sprzedaży. Projekt zostanie sfinansowany ze środków własnych Wnioskodawcy, dofinansowania przez udziałowców i pożyczki zewnętrznej oraz dotacji. Zaplanowane działania pozostają zgodne z przedmiotem i zakresem określonym dla poddziałania 2.3.5. PO IR. (Polish)

As a result of cooperation with a professional designer, there will be an increase in the Company’s potential and an expansion of its offer. The Company will develop. As part of the project, the following steps are planned: Step 1 Advisory services in the field of professional design process: 1. Initial audit – has been carried out before the submission of this application. The audit confirmed, among others, the potential of the Applicant and the appropriateness and scope of the planned design process 2. Creating a strategy of activities necessary to develop a new design project 3. Development of solutions, prototyping and testing of the new ETAP 2 Product Initial investment enabling the implementation of a new design project. At this stage, an investment will be made to diversify the existing service activities of the company by introducing new products to the offer and starting production of bicycles. It is planned to purchase the fixed assets necessary to start production: a) Set of production workstation equipment The planned advisory services include a professional design process, which is planned based on the results of the design audit. The planned infrastructure to be purchased will be used in the production process of the bicycle models deployed. Carrying out a professional design process, implementing products and purchasing fixed assets are necessary for the implementation of a new product in order to launch a new product on the market and start selling it. The project will be financed from the Applicant’s own resources, shareholder co-financing and external loan and grants.
