Předmětem projektu je pořízení 2 sociálních bytů formou rekonstrukce objektu bývalé prádelny pro potřeby sociálního bydlení. Cílem projektu je zajištění dostupného nájemního sociální bydlení, které umožní sociálně vyloučeným osobám a osobám ohroženým sociálním vyloučením, vstup do nájemního bydlení. Účelem předkládaného projektu je zvýšení kapacity nájemního bydlení v obci pro lidi, kteří nedosáhnou na běžný tržní nájem, a končí proto zbytečně v ubytovnách nebo na ulici. a. (Czech)

The project involves the acquisition of 2 social housing units in the form of a renovation of the premises of the former laundry for social housing. The project aims at ensuring affordable rental housing, which enables socially excluded persons and persons at risk of social exclusion to enter rental housing. The purpose of the present project is to increase rental capacity in the municipality for people who fail to reach the normal market rent and therefore end up unnecessarily in shelters or outricia.
