A presente operação consiste na expansão e na requalificação da Zona Industrial Municipal de Adiça/ Tondela, incluindo acessos dedicados já executados em 2015. A operação encontra-se enquadrada no PDM e permite dar uma resposta adequada às solicitações crescentes e manifestações de interesse por parte das empresas (Anexo 6) que se pretendem instalar na Sub-Região de Dão Lafões e, em particular, no concelho de Tondela, nesta área empresarial. The present operation consists of the expansion and requalification of the Municipal Industrial Zone of Adiça/Tondela, including dedicated accesses already executed in 2015. The operation is part of the PDM and allows an adequate response to the growing requests and expressions of interest from the companies (Annex 6) that are intended to be established in the Dão Lafões Sub-Region and, in particular, in the municipality of Tondela, in this business area.
