Předmětem projektu je rozšíření výrobních prostor společnosti. Projekt bude realizován v areálu bývalého JZD v Buštěhradě. Dotčenou stavbou je plechová hala - dřívější výkrmna prasat, která byla později provozována jako truhlárna, tesárna a sušárna řeziva. Stavebně-technický stav je špatný, nevyhovující, údržba zanedbaná. Rekonstrukce objektu do požadované podoby potřebné k realizaci činností společnosti je příliš ekonomicky nákladná. Proto bude objekt odstraněn a postavena novostavba. a. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is to extend the production area of the company. The project will be carried out on the premises of the former JZD in Bordern. The plant concerned was the house of the former pig farm, which was later served as the car’s joinery, carpentry and drying rooms. Poor civil engineering condition is poor, inadequate maintenance. The renovation of the building up to what is required to implement the company’s activities is too costly. Therefore, the object will be removed and the new construction will be built. a. (English)
