A E.R.N.º3-2ª, desenvolve-se entre a Vila da Madalena e o km 10,5 da E.R.N.º2-2ª(Transversal), numa extensão de 23,1 quilómetros. O troço a reabilitar começa ao km12,33 e prolonga-se até ao km22,99, numa extensão total de 10,66 km. A intervenção consiste em regularizações, aplicação de tapete betuminoso, construção de poço absorvente para sumidouro de águas pluviais e pinturas de pavimento, bem assim a construção de um muro de suporte em betão (Portuguese)
