É objetivo desenvolver uma atividade multifuncional no domínio da interação atmosfera, água e ecossistemas, que contemple a observação, previsão e alerta de situações de risco. O projeto está estruturado em 4 tarefas de carácter técnico/cientifico e uma 5ª de divulgação e disseminação de resultados. Neste âmbito pretende-se criar uma plataforma de partilha de informação criando espaço para que as entidades que produzem dados os possam partilhar. (Portuguese)
