The INNOVINE&WINE seeks to achieve an innovative platform system for the wine industry (farm-to-fork approach) of Northern Region of Portugal (NRP). The outlined research activities are managed on a multidisciplinary basis, in order to improve production, processing, handling and safety quality wines.
