SmartEGOV articulates different competences around a research and innovation agenda in Smart Governance. It aims at harnessing EGOV technologies to address cutting-edge challenges such as trustworthy EGOV infrastructures, contex-aware public service delivery, administrative burden reduction, law quality, and EGOV monitoring, as well as to translate research findings into relevant policy instruments.
