Το έργο στοχεύει στην υποστήριξη ομάδων του πληθυσμού που πλήττονται ή απειλούνται από την ακραία φτώχεια και τον κοινωνικό αποκλεισμό μέσω ενός πλέγματος παροχής κοινωνικών υπηρεσιών, και ειδικότερα στην ενδυνάμωση και κοινωνική ενσωμάτωση των ευπαθών κοινωνικά ομάδων και των ευρισκόμενων σε κατάσταση φτώχειας. Στο πλαίσιο του προτεινόμενου Έργου θα υλοποιηθούν ενέργειες υποστήριξης σε είδη βασικής ανάγκης αλλά και πληροφόρησης, οι οποίες θα παρέχονται με στόχο την αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου της φτώχειας και του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού και τη δημιουργία ενός δικτύου κοινωνικής αλληλεγγύης για την ενίσχυση των ευάλωτων κοινωνικά και οικονομικά ομάδων. The project aims to support groups of the population affected or threatened by extreme poverty and social exclusion through a network of social services, in particular the strengthening and social integration of vulnerable social groups and those in poverty. In the framework of the proposed project, actions will be implemented in support of types of basic needs and information, which will be provided with the aim of addressing the phenomenon of poverty and social exclusion and the creation of a network of social solidarity to strengthen vulnerable social and economic groups.
