Το φυσικό αντικείμενο του έργου αφορά την προμήθεια συστήματος (σταθμού) μέτρησης των ατμοσφαιρικών ρύπων και γενικότερα της ποιότητας της ατμόσφαιρας, ο οποίος θα τοποθετηθεί εντός του αστικού ιστού της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων με βάση τις προδιαγραφές που τίθενται στην Υπουργική Απόφαση (ΥΑ) 14122/549/Ε.103 (ΦΕΚ 488/Β/30.03.2011). Ο σταθμός περιλαμβάνει κλωβό στέγασης των οργάνων, αναλυτές και παρελκόμενο εξοπλισμό για την μέτρηση, καταγραφή και μετάδοση των μετρήσεων. Εντός του κλωβού θα τοποθετηθούν: - Αυτόματοι αναλυτές μέτρησης ατμοσφαιρικών ρύπων, - Μετεωρολογικό σύστημα που θα περιλαμβάνει μετεωρολογικό ιστό, πάνω στον οποίο θα είναι εγκατεστημένοι μετεωρολογικοί αισθητήρες (θερμοκρασίας, υγρασίας, ταχύτητας και διεύθυνσης του ανέμου), - Σύστημα συλλογής και καταγραφής δεδομένων με το κατάλληλο λογισμικό. Παράλληλα θα εξασφαλιστεί η εύρυθμη λειτουργία του συστήματος και των αναλυτών μέτρησης ρύπων μέχρι τη λήξη του προγράμματος στις 31/12/2023. (Greek)

The physical object of the project concerns the provision of a system (station) measuring atmospheric pollutants and in general air quality, which will be placed within the urban fabric of the city of Ioannina according to the specifications set out in Ministerial Decision 14122/549/E.103 (Government Gazette 488/B/30.03.2011). The station includes an instrument housing cage, analysers and accessories for measuring, recording and transmitting measurements. In the cage, the following shall be placed: Automatic atmospheric pollutant measurement analysers, – Meteorological system comprising meteorological web on which meteorological sensors (temperature, humidity, wind speed and steering) are installed; – Data collection and recording system with the appropriate software. At the same time, the proper operation of the pollutant measurement system and analysers will be ensured until the end of the program on 31/12/2023. (English)
