Το έργο περιλαμβάνει 2 υποέργα με το ακόλουθο αντικείμενο εργασιών:- Υποέργο 1: Αξιολόγηση του συστήματος ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων του Επιχειρησιακού Προγράμματος «Μεταρρύθμιση Δημόσιου Τομέα» (ΕΠ ΜΔΤ), με έμφαση στην αξιολόγηση των δεικτών του πλαισίου επίδοσης και γνώμονα τα ορόσημα του 2018 αλλά και τους στόχους του 2023, καθώς και στη συμμόρφωση με τις προβλέψεις του Ενιαίου Συστήματος Παρακολούθησης Δεικτών του ΕΣΠΑ 2014-2020. Αξιολόγηση της αποτελεσματικότητας και αποδοτικότητας υλοποίησης, καθώς και των μηχανισμών παρακολούθησης, διαχείρισης, ελέγχου και αξιολόγησης των παρεμβάσεων του ΕΠ ΜΔΤ. Το υποέργο θα υλοποιηθεί με προσφυγή σε ανάδοχο και έχει ημερομηνία έναρξης 02/01/2018, λήξης 30/06/2021, διάρκεια 39 μήνες και προϋπολογισμό 169.828,43 ευρώ.- Υποέργο 2: Αξιολόγηση της αποδοτικότητας και της αποτελεσματικότητας του ΕΠ ΜΔΤ για την αναθεώρηση του προγράμματος το έτος 2017. Το υποέργο θα υλοποιηθεί με προσφυγή σε ανάδοχο και έχει ημερομηνία έναρξης 28/07/2017, λήξης 28/04/2018, διάρκεια 9 μήνες και προϋπολογισμό 39.432 ευρώ. (Greek)

The project comprises 2 subprojects with the following scope of work:- Subproject 1: Evaluation of the system of qualitative and quantitative objectives of the Operational Programme “Public Sector Reform” (RPD), with emphasis on the evaluation of the performance framework indicators and guiding the milestones of 2018 as well as the 2023 targets, as well as compliance with the forecasts of the Single Indicator System of the NSRF 2014-2020. Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation, as well as the mechanisms for monitoring, managing, controlling and evaluating the interventions of the RST OP. The subproject will be implemented with recourse to a contractor and has start date 02/01/2018, expiration date 30/06/2021, duration 39 months and budget EUR 169.828,43.- Subproject 2: Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the RST OP for the review of the programme in the year 2017. The subproject will be implemented with recourse to a contractor and has start date 28/07/2017, end date 28/04/2018, duration of 9 months and a budget of EUR 39,432. (English)
