Το έργο περιλαμβάνει ένα ολοκληρωμένο Σχέδιο Δράσης για 86 άνεργους/ες, στις Περιφερειακές Ενότητες Καστοριάς και Κοζάνης, που αφορά α) Υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης 162 ωρών το καθένα, στα αντικείμενα «Σύγχρονες τεχνολογίες και τεχνοτροπίες στην παραγωγή προϊόντων γούνας» και «Διασφάλιση ποιότητας στην παραγωγή προϊόντων γούνας», αντικείμενα της μεταποιητικής γουνοποιίας, τομέα προτεραιότητας έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης RIS3 στην Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Μακεδονίας β)Πιστοποίηση γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων των ωφελούμενων, στις ειδικότητες «Γουνοποιός-Γουνοτεχνίτης» και «Στέλεχος Ποιότητας» γ) Συμβουλευτική Επιχειρηματικότητας καθώς και ενέργειες προώθησης των ωφελούμενων στην απασχόληση ή αυτοαπασχόληση.
