Με την κατασκευή και λειτουργία της νέας παράκαμψης του οικισμού Θάνους θα υπάρξει μικρή θετική επίπτωση στην οικονομία της περιοχής λόγω της καλύτερης οδικής σύνδεσης του οικισμού με δρόμους που οδηγούν στην παραλία Θάνους αλλά και της ευρύτερης περιοχής. Τέλος, θα αποσυμφορηθεί το κέντρο του οικισμού από την διαμπερή κυκλοφορία. Ως έμμεσες θετικές συνέπειες θα έχουμε την μείωση χρόνου διαδρομής, την μείωση των πιθανών ατυχημάτων και την βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής στους οικισμούς. Επιπλέον θα έχει γενικότερα ευεργετικά αποτελέσματα στην ανάπτυξη της ευρύτερης περιοχής του έργου. (Greek)

With the construction and operation of the new bypass of the settlement of Thanos there will be little positive impact on the economy of the region due to the better road connection of the settlement with roads leading to the beach of Thanos and the wider area. Finally, the centre of the settlement will be relieved by the through and through traffic. As indirect positive effects we will have reduced journey times, reducing possible accidents and improving the quality of life in settlements.
