Το παρόν έργο αφορά την υλοποίηση παρεμβάσεων με στόχο τη βελτίωση της ενεργειακής απόδοσης των κατοικιών της Περιφέρειας Πελοποννήσου αλλά και της χώρας συμβάλλοντας στην εξοικονόμηση πρωτογενούς ενέργειας, για την επίτευξη του σχετικού εθνικού στόχου, σύμφωνα με το Εθνικό Σχέδιο Δράσης Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης. Οι ωφελούμενοι θα είναι ιδιοκτήτες κατοικιών, που επιθυμούν την ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση των ακινήτων τους. Στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης του έργου, προβλέπεται η καταβολή ενίσχυση. Ταυτόχρονα, συγκεκριμένα κριτήρια επιλογής θα θεσπιστούν και θα αφορούν την εισοδηματική κατάσταση του ιδιοκτήτη, την τιμή ζώνης που βρίσκεται το ακίνητο κ.α. Μέσω αυτών των κριτηρίων, θα διασφαλίσει ο κοινωνικός χαρακτήρας της λειτουργίας του έργου. Οι επιλέξιμες παρεμβάσεις αφορούν μεταξύ άλλων, σε θερμομόνωση, αντικατάσταση κουφωμάτων, συστήματα σκίασης, αναβάθμιση συστημάτων θέρμανσης κλπ. (Greek)

This project concerns the implementation of interventions aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the homes of the Region of Peloponnese and the country, contributing to the savings of primary energy, in order to achieve the relevant national target, in accordance with the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan. The beneficiaries will be homeowners, who want to upgrade their property energy. In the context of implementation of the project, aid will be paid. At the same time, specific selection criteria will be established and will relate to the income status of the owner, the zone value of the property etc.Through these criteria, the social character of the project will ensure. The eligible interventions concern, inter alia, thermal insulation, replacement of frames, shading systems, upgrading of heating systems, etc. (English)
