Η δράση έχει στόχο, μέσω εξειδικευμένων προγραμμάτων κατάρτισης την απόκτηση γνώσεων και προσόντων των ανέργων με προοπτική την απασχόλησή τους. Οι ωφελούμενοι θα είναι 120 άνεργοι και θα προέρχονται από την εγκεκριμένη περιοχή εφαρμογής της Στρατηγικής Βιώσιμης Αστικής Ανάπτυξης (ΣΒΑΑ) Γιαννιτσών.Στο πλαίσιο του έργου θα υλοποιηθούν 6 προγράμματα κατάρτισης με 20 ωφελούμενους το καθένα, τα οποία θα περιλαμβάνουν 160 ώρες θεωρητικής κατάρτισης και 60 ώρες πρακτικής άσκησης στην δομή του παρόχου κατάρτισης με τη μορφή των case studies. The action aims, through specialised training programmes, to acquire knowledge and qualifications for the unemployed with a view to their employment. The beneficiaries will be 120 unemployed and will come from the approved area of application of the Giannitsa Sustainable Development Strategy (SBAA).In the framework of the project, 6 training courses will be implemented with 20 beneficiaries each, which will include 160 hours of theoretical training and 60 hours of internship in the structure of the training provider in the form of case studies.
