Το έργο αφορά στη λειτουργία συγκροτήματος τεσσάρων ενοικιαζόμενων κατοικιών, που θα οι οποίες θα τοποθετηθούν με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε αφενός να υπάρχει η ιδιωτικότητα των επισκεπτών, αφετέρου να είναι εναρμονισμένα μεταξύ τους. Στόχος της επένδυσης η δημιουργία μιας μονάδας υψηλών προδιαγραφών για την κάλυψη των αναγκών φιλοξενίας εισερχόμενου τουρισμού. Το έργο θα υλοποιηθεί στο πλαίσιο της παρούσα δράσης ΕΣΠΑ και αναμένεται να λειτουργήσει εντός 20 μηνών από την υπαγωγή της επένδυσης. (Greek)

The project concerns the operation of a complex of four rented dwellings, which will be placed in such a way that the privacy of the visitors on the one hand is in harmony with each other. The aim of the investment is to create a high standard unit to meet the needs of hosting incoming tourism. The project will be implemented within the framework of the present NSRF action and is expected to operate within 20 months of the inclusion of the investment. (English)
