    Svrha i cilj ovog projekta je organizacijska reforma PBF-a kroz osnivanje Središta za razvoj inovativnih tehnika procesiranja hrane što će imati za posljedicu jačanje kapaciteta za istraživanje, razvoj i inovacije, rast konkurentnosti i otvaranje novih radnih mjesta, te razvoj znanstvenoistraživačke-obrazovne i tehnološke infrastrukture. Osnivanje istog će poboljšati transfer tehnologije i znanja, stvaranje i testiranje ideja, te suradnja između znanstvenika i gospodarstva. Ciljane skupine projekta su znanstvenici, studenti, proizvođači hrane, prehrambena i uslužna industrija (Croatian)

    The purpose and purpose of this project is to reform PBF through the establishment of the Centre to develop innovative food processing techniques, which will result in capacity building for research, development and innovation, growth in competitiveness and job creation, and the development of scientific research and technological infrastructure. The establishment will improve the transfer of technology and knowledge, the creation and testing of ideas, and cooperation between scientists and the economy.
