Projekt je usmjeren na smanjenje nezaposlenosti žena u Srijemu kroz povećanje zapošljivosti dugotrajno nezaposlenih i radno neaktivnih žena mlađih od 29 i starijih od 45 godina, žena s nižim kvalifikacijama te socijalno ugroženih provedbom specifičnih edukacijskih programanamijenjenih povećanju radne konkurentnosti nezaposlenih žena osiguravajući im nova znanja i vještine te pružajući podršku za aktivaciju i ulazak u svijet rada. The project aims to reduce women’s unemployment by enhancing the employability of long-term unemployed and female inactive women under the age of 29 and older than 45, women with lower qualifications, and socially disadvantaged by implementing specific educational schemes that are removed from the work competitiveness of unemployed women by providing them with new knowledge and skills and supporting activation and entry into the world of work.
