Projektom je planirana energetska obnova zgrade 1 koja obuhvaća četiri građevinske mjere za poboljšanje toplinske zaštitne ovojnice (zidovi na pročelju zgrade, strop prema tavanu, strop- kosi strop, te zamjenu vanjske stolarije). Projektom je predviđena jedna elektrotehnička mjera za obje zgrade ( zamjena rasvjetnih tijela), te dvije strojarske mjere ( ugradnja kondenzacijskih plinskih bojlera i ugradnja termostatskih ventila) a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2. The project planned energy renovation of a building 2, which includes three building measures to improve the thermal protective envelope (building on the front side of the building, ceiling to attic and external joinery replacement). The project foresees one electronic technical measure for both buildings (replacement of luminaires), as well as two engine engineering measures (installation of condensing boilers and thermostatic installation), with a view to reducing energy input and harmful CO2 emissions.
