Projektet syftar till att utveckla och lösa en kompetenslucka inom utvecklingen av e-tjänster utifrån konceptet tjänstedesign och leveransen av kvalitativa och efterfrågade e-tjänster till privatpersoner och företag, samt implementering av de Vägledande principerna. Målet är att deltagande kommuner utvecklar sina processer och verksamhetsutvecklar med utgångspunkt i de Vägledande principerna. Projektets kommer i huvudsak att arbeta med seminarier/workshops för att höja kompetensens kring tjänstedesign, de Vägledande principerna samt processkartläggning och förändringsledning. Efter projektets slut kommer bedöms inom tjänstedesign och de Vägledande principerna finnas hos samtliga medverkande kommuner. Vägledande principer är namnet på dokumentet som innehåller 7 verktyg för framtagandet av kvalitativa e-tjänster som bygger på konceptet tjänstedesign. (Swedish)

The project aims to develop and solve a gap of competence in the development of e-services based on the concept of service design and the delivery of qualitative and requested e-services to individuals and companies, as well as implementation of the Guiding Principles. The goal is for participating municipalities to develop their processes and operational developments based on the Guiding Principles. The project will mainly work with seminars/workshops to increase the competence of service design, the Guiding Principles and process mapping and change management. After the end of the project will be assessed in service design and the Guiding Principles will be available in all participating municipalities. Guiding principles is the name of the document that contains 7 tools for the development of qualitative e-services based on the concept of service design. (English)
