Przedmiotem projektu i celem jest wprowadzenie nowego produktu związanego z rekreacją ukierunkowanego na wzbogacenie oferty turystycznej.Zadanie ma na celu wykonanie kompleksu urządzeń uzdrowiskowych w zieleni parkowej tj.tężni,pijalni uzdrowiskowej,oranżerii,fontanny w centralnej części uzdrowiska, dostosow.dla dzieci.wraz z wyposażeniem, elem.siłowni zewn. na terenie parku,a także zagosp.terenów rekreacyjnych w urządzenia edukacji prozdrowotnej o wodzie.Założeniem budowy tężni jest wykorzyst.jej możliwości do rozwoju funkcji turyst. uzdrowiska oraz wzrost rozpoznawalności miasta pod względem świadczenia usług prozdrowotnych.W celu skutecznego dotarcia do dziedzictwa kult.w postaci zabytkowej zabudowy Parku Zdrojowego, konieczne jest połączenie „Nowego Parku” z„Parkiem Starym” poprzez sieć alejek,które będą pełnić funkcję spacerową.Jednym z elementów proj.będzie promocja i informacja w celu stworzenia spójnego wizerunku regionu.Podstawą rozwoju jest posiadany potencjał endogeniczny wynikający z uwarunkowań,zasobów przestrz.,kultur.,przyrodn.Turystyka zdrowotna,prozdrowotna jest jedną z inteligentnych specjalizacji rozwoju wojew.Projekt jest zgodny z celami osi 7 oraz celem dział.7.2 Poprawione warunki sprzyjające wzrostowi gospodarczemu…Teren objęty projektem jest niewystarczająco wykorzystany i konieczne jest nadanie mu nowych funkcji, celem pobudzenia gospodarczego obszaru oraz tworzących sprzyjające warunki do wykreowania nowych miejsc pracy.Realizacja przyczyni się do rozwoju społ.-gosp.miasta,podniesienia jakości życia mieszk.Grupą docelową są wszyscy mieszkańcy miasta, regionu jak również z terenu kraju.Z uwagi na funkcję uzdrowiskową miasta powstały produkt dostępny będzie dla kuracjuszy i turystów z kraju i zagranicy.Koszt kwalif.proj.to ponad 8mln zł.Wsk.prod.”Liczba obiekt.dost. do potrzeb osób z niepełn.4 szt., Liczba wybud.obiektów.turyst.i rekr.2szt.;Liczba wspartych ob.turyst.i rekr.-2szt.,Wsk. rezult.
