    THE PROJECT ARISES FROM THE NEED TO MAKE THE MISSION OF THE INSTITUTE OPERATIONAL IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE TO ALL PUPILS THE EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO HAVE SERIOUS DIFFICULTIES BUT ALSO TO ALL PUPILS WHO ARE CHARACTERISED BY PARTICULAR FRAGILIT FINALITS CARRIED OUT ALSO IN THE PTOF. COURSES WILL BE OFFERED IN EXTRA-SCHOOL HOURS TO DEVELOP AND ENHANCE BOTH PERSONAL AND SOCIAL AUTONOMY AND SELF-CONFIDENCE AND LACQUISITION OF SPECIFIC SKILLS AT A PRACTICAL TECHNICAL LEVEL. THE REALISATION OF THE PROJECT WILL BE ORIENTED TO PURSUE THE IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TEACHING PROFESSIONALISM THROUGH TARGETED INTERVENTIONS ENHANCING THE INDIVIDUAL POTENTIALS OF EACH AND TRANSFORMING THE DIFFERENCES INTO RESOURCES.
