    THE MOITEC PROJECT FORESEES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ALTERNATE PATHWAY TO MALTA.SI HAS A EXPERIENCE OF 15 STUDENTS WHO WILL BE SELECTED TO JOIN THE PROJECT PHASES OF PREPARATORY PHASE OF 8 HOURS IP COMPLETION OF THE INTERNATIONAL FURNITURE FOR 112 HOURS. THEREFORE, IN ORDER TO IMPROVE EMPLOYMENT LEVELS, THERE IS A NEED TO FOCUS ON HIGH LEVELS OF EDUCATION, BUT ALSO ON OPENNESS TO DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES AND LANGUAGES AS THE EUROPEAN LABOUR MARKET REQUIRES. THUS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH AN EFFECTIVE EDUCATIONAL PROPOSAL IN A GLOBAL CONTEXT, IT IS NECESSARY TO CREATE AN OPEN ENVIRONMENT FOR THE EUROPEAN DIMENSION, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME PAYING ATTENTION TO THE NEEDS OF THE WORLD OF WORK AND THE NEEDS OF THE TERRITORY. THE MODEL OF THE INTERNATIONAL LLAL IS ONE OF THE GUIDING INSTRUMENTS OF THIS VISION.
