Realizacja projekt "Aktywizacja osób pozostających bez pracy w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w szczególności znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie Miasto Świnoujście (V)" w okresie od 01.01.2019 r. do 31.12.2019 r. ma na celu zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w szczególności znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na lokalnym rynku pracy (tj. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami). Projekt ten przyczyni się także do osiągnięcia realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WZ 2014-2020 tj.: zwiększenie zatrudnienia w szczególności wśród osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, zwłaszcza tych, którzy znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Wsparcie oferowane uczestnikom projektu obejmuje instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy wskazane w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Dla każdej osoby bezrobotnej przystępującej do projektu będzie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej, która będzie poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji oraz problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. W ramach ww. projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 48 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Świnoujściu, osoby te będą mogły skorzystać z oferowanego wsparcia w formie szkoleń, stażu lub też będą mogły podjąć zatrudnienie w ramach prac interwencyjnych lub w ramach doposażenia/wyposażenia stanowiska pracy. Dodatkowo tutejszy Urząd zaplanował udzielenie 5 dotacji na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, co umożliwi uczestnikom projektu samozatrudnienie oraz rozwój przedsiębiorczości na lokalnym rynku. Założono, iż podczas realizacji projektu wskaźnik rezultatu - liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu (C) - zgodnie z WLWK zostanie osiągnięty na poziomie 45 % tj. 22 osoby. The implementation of the project “Activation of unemployed persons aged 30 and over, in particular those in difficulty on the labour market in the district City of Świnoujście (V)” in the period from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019 aims to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over, in particular those in difficulty on the local labour market (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed people and people with low qualifications). This project will also contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of ROP General 2014-2020, i.e.: increase employment in particular among the unemployed and the inactive, especially those in particular who are in a particularly vulnerable position on the labour market. The support offered to project participants includes labour market instruments and services specified in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. For each unemployed person joining the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented, which will be preceded by analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. The project will support 48 unemployed persons registered in the District Labour Office in Świnoujście, they will be able to benefit from the offered support in the form of trainings, traineeships or will be able to take up employment as part of intervention work or as part of the retrofitting/equipment of the workplace. In addition, the Authority planned to grant 5 grants to start a business activity, which will enable participants in the project to become self-employment and develop entrepreneurship in the local market. It was assumed that during the implementation of the project, the result index – the number of people working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme (C) – according to the WLWK will be reached at the level of 45 % i.e. It’s 22 people.
