Istotą projektu jest przebudowa budynku Niepublicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania piętra i poddasza na mieszkania socjalne. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi ożywienie obszaru rewitalizacji poprzez wielopłaszczyznowe działania na rzecz lokalnej społeczności, przestrzeni i gospodarki. Realizacji głównego zamierzenia, a także osiągnięciu zakładanych efektów rewitalizacji przysłużą się następujące efekty: oddziaływanie projektu na lokalizowanie w obszarze rewitalizowanym nowych podmiotów gospodarczych i nowych miejsc pracy; zapobieganie wykluczeniu społecznemu; poprawa estetyki przestrzeni publicznej; wyprowadzenie obszaru rewitalizowanego ze stanu kryzysowego, w szczególności poprzez nadania mu nowej jakości funkcjonalnej. Projekt jest w pełni gotowy do realizacji pod względem formalno-prawnym (posiada pozwolenie na budowę) Nad całością prac budowlanych czuwać będzie inspektor nadzoru.Projekt ze względu na swoją specyfikę będzie miał charakter stacjonarny.Inwestycja będzie także promowana poprzez ustawienie tablic informacyjnych na obszarze realizacji projektu. The core of the project is the reconstruction of the building of the Non-public Health Care Department with the change of use of the floor and attic into social housing. Through the implementation of the project, the revitalisation area will be revived through multi-faceted actions for the local community, space and the economy. The following effects will be used to achieve the main objective, as well as to achieve the expected effects of the revitalisation: the impact of the project on location in the revitalised area of new economic operators and new jobs; preventing social exclusion; improving the aesthetics of public spaces; removing the revitalised area from the crisis, in particular by giving it a new functional quality. The project is fully ready to be carried out in formal and legal terms (has a building permit) the entire construction work will be supervised by the supervision inspector.The project due to its specific nature will be stationary.The investment will also be promoted by setting up information boards in the area of project implementation.
