Przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie na budynku zlokalizowanym na działce o numerze ewidencyjnym 227 obręb ewidencyjny 2, jednostka ewidencyjna miasto Górowo Iławeckie. Planowana inwestycja polega na przeprowadzeniu termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej - Zespołu Szkół w Górowie Iławeckim. W ramach termomodernizacji planowanej jest wykonanie następujących prac: 1. wymiana okien na klatce schodowej wraz ze zmniejszeniem powierzchni przeszklenia; 2. ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych; 3. ocieplenie stropu sali gimnastycznej; 4. wymiana drzwi wejściowych głównych do budynku; 5. docieplenie stropodachu, wykonanie nowej konstrukcji dachu; 6. ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej ogrzewanej piwnicy. projekt realizowany będzie w jednym etapie przez firmę wyłonioną zgodnie z PZP przez Wnioskodawcę. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM poprzez spełnienie limitów i ograniczeń w realizacji projektów, w szczególności: - dobór działań i ich zakres oraz kwalifikowalność wydatków przeprowadzono na podstawie audytu energetycznego - poziom efektywności energetycznej projektu mierzony spadkiem zapotrzebowania na energię na podstawie obliczeń ujętych w audycie energetycznym spadł z 1802 GJ/rok do 974 GJ/rok. Roczne zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię wyniesie 56,2%, - redukcja emisji CO2 na skutek termomodernizacji wynosi 54,04% (Polish)

The project will be carried out on a building located on the plot with the registration number 227 of the registration area 2, the registration unit of the city Górowo Iławeckie. The planned investment consists of a thermal modernisation of the public utility building – the School Complex in Górów Iławecki. As part of the thermal modernisation, the following works are planned: 1. Replacement of windows on the staircase with reduction of glazing surface; 2. insulation of external walls; 3. warming of the floor of the gym; 4. replacement of the main entrance doors to the building; 5. warming of ceilings, construction of a new roof structure; 6. warming of the outer wall of the heated cellar. The project will be implemented in one stage by the company selected according to PZP by the Applicant. The project fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WiM by fulfilling the limits and limitations in the implementation of projects, in particular: — the selection of actions and their scope and eligibility of expenditure was carried out on the basis of an energy audit – the level of energy efficiency of the project measured by the decrease in energy demand on the basis of calculations included in the energy audit fell from 1802 GJ/year to 974 GJ/year. The annual reduction in energy demand will be 56.2 %, with a reduction in CO2 emissions as a result of thermal modernisation of 54.04 % (English)
