CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest zwiększenie do 31.03.2019r. zdolności do zatrudnienia osób z GRUPY DOCELOWEJ, którą stanowi 80 (50K/30M) zarejestrowanych osób bezrobotnych (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia), znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należących do co najmniej jednej z następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (minimum 15 osób: 9K/6M), kobiety (50K), osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (min. 10% grupy docelowej tj. 8 osób: 5K/3M), osoby długotrwale bezrobotne (min. 20 osób: 12K/8M), osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (min. 52 osoby: 29K/23M), zamieszkujących w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego obszar województwa pomorskiego, w tym wyłącznie obszary o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia (zgodnie z wykazem załączonym do dokumentacji konkursowej). Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 4 zadań merytorycznych, obejmujących następujące DZIAŁANIA: *diagnozę sytuacji problemowej, indywidualnych potrzeb i predyspozycji UP wraz z opracowaniem Indywidualnego Planu Działania dla każdego UP *grupowe warsztaty w zakresie technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy oraz nabywania kompetencji kluczowych *szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych *3 m-czne lub 4 m-czne staże *indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy. Wszyscy UP otrzymają zwroty kosztów dojazdu na zajęcia w projekcie, a do 10% UP zwrot kosztów opieki nad dzieckiem/os. zależną. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY PROJEKTU: W okresie do 4tyg. po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie: *min. 60% tj. 48 osób (30K/18M) uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu; * -min. 40% tj. 32 osób (20K/12M) podejmie zatrudnienie (w tym pracę na własny rachunek). WSKAŹNIK EFEKTYWNOŚCI ZATRUDNIENIOWEJ wyniesie min. 45% UP w okresie do 3 miesięcy od zakończenia udziału UP w projekcie. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase by 31.03.2019 the employability of 80 (50K/30M) registered unemployed persons (excluding those before the age of 30), the most vulnerable in the labour market, i.e. belonging to one or more of the following groups: persons aged 50 years and over (minimum 15 people: 9K/6M), women (50K), persons with disabilities (min. 10 % of the target group i.e. 8 people: 5K/3M), long-term unemployed (min. 20 people: 12K/8M), low-skilled persons (min. 52 persons: 29K/23M), living within the meaning of the Civil Code, the area of the Pomorskie voivodship, including only areas with a high unemployment rate (according to the list attached to the competition documentation). The objective will be achieved by carrying out 4 substantive tasks, including the following actions: * Diagnosis of the problem situation, individual needs and predisposition of UP together with the development of an Individual Action Plan for each UP *group workshops on active job search techniques and acquisition of key competences *training leading to upgrading, supplementing or changing professional qualifications *3 m or 4 m placements *individual job intermediation. All UP will be reimbursed for travel expenses in the project, and up to 10 % of UP will be reimbursed for child/subsidiary care. MAIN RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: In the period up to 4 weeks after the end of participation in the project: *min. 60 % i.e. 48 persons (30K/18M) will be qualified after leaving the programme; * -min. 40 % i.e. 32 people (20K/12M) will take up employment (including self-employment). The employability rate will be at least 45 % of PPO within 3 months after the end of the PPO’s participation in the project. (English)
