Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i wyposażenie budynku po byłej szkoły w Goląszy Górnej ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania oraz zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku. Celem projektu jest nadanie nowych funkcji zdegradowanemu budynkowi oraz rozwój społeczno-gospodarczego obszaru rewitalizacji. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone prace budowlane wewnątrz i na zewnątrz budynku, w tym: wymiana, remont instalacji elektrycznej, okablowania, włączników i gniazd, instalacja kanalizacji, remont sanitariatów, prace dotyczące zagospodarowania terenu przy budynku, wykonanie przyłączy wody oraz kanalizacji, a także wyposażenie budynku w niezbędne środki trwałe. Dzięki realizacji projektu możliwa będzie zmiana sposobu użytkowania budynku na cele społeczno-gospodarcze, w tym utworzenie klubu aktywnego mieszkańca, w ramach którego będzie działał klub seniora oraz bawialnia dla dzieci. The subject of the project is the renovation and equipment of the building after the former school in Goląsza Górna with a change of use and development of the area around the building. The aim of the project is to give new functions to the degraded building and to develop the socio-economic revitalisation area. Within the framework of the project, construction works will be carried out inside and outside the building, including: replacement, renovation of electrical installations, wiring, switches and sockets, plumbing installation, renovation of sanitary facilities, works concerning land management of the building, construction of water connections and sewage systems, as well as equipping the building with the necessary fixed assets. Thanks to the project, it will be possible to change the way the building is used for socio-economic purposes, including the creation of an active citizen club, within which the senior club and children’s playroom will operate.
