Przedmiotem inwestycji jest rozbudowa i przebudowa drogi powiatowej nr 3759W Szumanie-Bielsk. Zakres projektu obejmuje: przebudowę obiektów mostowych w miejscowości Siemienie i Giżyno na przepust, poszerzenie nawierzchni jezdni do szerokości 6,0 m, wyrównanie istniejącej nawierzchni i wykonanie warstwy ścieralnej z betonu asfaltowego o gr. 4 cm, korektę geometrii skrzyżowania z drogą wojewódzką, przebudowę nawierzchni istniejących skrzyżowań i zjazdów, wykonanie poboczy z kruszywa łamanego oraz montaż barier ochronnych U-14a. Przedmiotowy projekt obejmuje również koszty na promocję projektu (wydatki niekwalifikowalne). Inwestycja zakłada rozwiązanie problemu dostępności komunikacyjnej terenów wiejskich Powiatu Płockiego. Przebudowa drogi wykonana będzie z uwzględnieniem odpowiednich parametrów i wymagań dotyczących nośności dla kategorii ruchu KR2. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa dostępności do terenów gospodarczych i inwestycyjnych, poprzez poprawę stanu technicznego drogi powiatowej 3759W Szumanie-Bielsk - jej rozbudowę i przebudowę na odcinku o długości 7,564 km. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie szeregu celów szczegółowych, przedstawionych w punkcie C2 Wniosku. Beneficjentem końcowym projektu jest Powiat Płocki, beneficjentem ostatecznym - wszyscy mieszkańcy Powiatu Płockiego oraz turyści i osoby przejeżdżające przez teren Powiatu. Etapy związane z przygotowaniem i realizacją inwestycji to: wdrożenie projektu - rozumiane jako prowadzenie procesu przetargowego i monitorowanie projektu - gromadzenie, analizowanie danych oraz raportowanie. Za poszczególne etapy wdrażania inwestycji odpowiadać będą: - złożenie wniosku: Wydział Rozwoju Gospodarczego i Promocji; - zamówienia publiczne: Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych w Płocku, - monitoring realizacji projektu: Wydział Rozwoju Gospodarczego i Promocji, - rozliczenie projektu: Wydział Rozwoju Gospodarczego i Promocji, - nadzór nad inwestycją: Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych w Płocku, - eksploatacja: Zarząd Dróg Pow (Polish)

The subject of the investment is the extension and reconstruction of district road No. 3759 in Szumanie-Bielsk. The scope of the project includes: reconstruction of bridge structures in Siemienie and Giżyno with culverts, extension of the road surface to a width of 6.0 m, alignment of the existing surface and construction of abrasive layer made of asphalt concrete by 4 cm, correction of the geometry of the intersection with the voivodeship road, reconstruction of the surface of existing crossings and downhills, construction of broken aggregate sideways and installation of protective barriers U-14a. The project also covers costs for the promotion of the project (ineligible expenditure). The investment assumes a solution to the problem of transport accessibility of rural areas of the Płocki District. The road will be redeveloped taking into account the relevant parameters and load capacity requirements for the KR2 traffic category. The main objective of the project is to improve accessibility to economic and investment areas by improving the technical condition of the district road 3759 W Szumanie-Bielsk – its expansion and reconstruction on a 7.564 km long section. The implementation of the project will achieve a number of specific objectives, as set out in point C2 of the Proposal. The final beneficiary of the project is Powiat Płocki, the final beneficiary – all residents of Płocki County and tourists and persons passing through the territory of the county. The stages related to the preparation and implementation of the investment are: project implementation – understood as conducting a tender process and monitoring of the project – collecting, analysing data and reporting.
