Celem projektu jest analiza wykonywanych przez poszczególnych pracowników IK UP zadań, poszerzenie ich umiejętności, zwiększenie motywacji oraz zaangażowania. Realizowanie planów rozwoju zawodowego zapewni wysoko wykwalifikowanych pracowników Departamentu i zagwarantuję realizację przypisanych im zadań z zakresu koordynacji, zarządzania, monitorowania oraz kontroli. Wniosek ma charakter ramowy i obejmuje następujące komponenty: szkolenia krajowe i zagraniczne pracowników DSR, warsztaty, treningi, seminaria, wizyty studyjne oraz inne formy kształcenia. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to analyse the tasks performed by individual IK UP employees, increase their skills, increase motivation and engagement. The implementation of professional development plans will ensure highly qualified staff of the Department and ensure that the tasks assigned to them in the fields of coordination, management, monitoring and control are carried out. The proposal is of a framework nature and includes the following components: national and foreign training of DSR staff, workshops, trainings, seminars, study visits and other forms of education.
