Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa sieci światłowodowej dostępowej NGA w technologii doziemnej o długości 46 km, obejmującej miejscowości z obszarów rekomendowanych do objęcia zasięgiem sieci NGA w 4 gminach powiatu tureckiego. Realizacja projektu umożliwi w ww.obszarach objęcie zasięgiem Internetu o przepustowości minimalnej 100Mb/s minimum 1095 gospodarstw domowych oraz 3 placówki publiczne (oświatowe). Na obszarze realizacji projektu, wdrożenie technologii dostępu do Internetu polegać będzie na zasadzie hurtowego dostarczania szerokopasmowych łączy internetowych w technologii FTTH-P2M (GPON technologia światłowodowa). Sieć planowana do budowy oparta jest na technologii FTTX-GPON standard punkt – wielopunkt. Założono budowę sieci GPON z 2 dedykowanymi węzłami głównymi OLT w obszarze projektu tj. m. Brudzew i Skarbki. W planowanym obszarze planowana jest budowa sieci w oparciu o mikrokanalizacje 4x14/10 (średnica wiązki około 30mm) i 7x14/10 (średnica wiązki około 50mm). Przyłącza do klientów realizowane będą za pośrednictwem kabli doziemnych o średnicy około 6 mm.Planowa sieć będzie włączona do sieci istniejących na rynku operatorów (WSS, INEA). Puntem styku IXP będzie sieć szkieletowa operatora WSS lub INEA, z której już obecnie jest połączenie z globalnym Internetem.Dzięki realizacji projektu operator hurtowy będzie świadczył usługi: usługa BSA, dostęp do kanalizacji kablowej, dostęp do ciemnych włókien, usługa LLU, usługa VULA, Kolokacja,a Operatorzy końcowy będą mogli umożliwić świadczenie usług zgodnych z wymaganiami POPC w szczególności:• Internet o przepływności 100/30Mb/s• telewizja, • VOIP, • transmisja danych• interaktywne Video, • video jakości HD• streaming audio/video, • transakcje interaktywne, • dostęp do baz danych w modelu Abonent – serwer. W efekcie wdrożenia modelu świadczenia usług hurtowych, operatorzy końcowy (OK) korzystający z infrastruktury beneficjenta będą świadczyli wszystkie usługi detaliczne wymaganie zgodnie z wymaganiami POPC. The subject of the project is the construction of an NGA fibre optic network in ground technology with a length of 46 km, including villages from areas recommended to cover the NGA network in 4 municipalities of the Turkish county. Implementation of the project will make it possible to cover the Internet coverage with a minimum capacity of 100Mb/s at least 1095 households and 3 public institutions (educational). In the area of implementation of the project, the implementation of Internet access technologies will consist of wholesale provision of broadband Internet connections in FTTH-P2M (GPON fiber technology). The network planned for construction is based on the FTTX-GPON technology standard point – multipoint. The construction of the GPON network with 2 dedicated main nodes of the OLT was established in the area of the project, i.e. Brudzew and the vaults. In the planned area the network is planned to be built based on microchannels 4x14/10 (beam diameter about 30 mm) and 7x14/10 (beam diameter about 50 mm). Connections to customers will be implemented via ground cables with a diameter of about 6 mm.The planned network will be integrated into the network of existing operators (WSS, INEA). The point of the IXP interface will be the backbone network of the WSS or INEA operator, which already has a connection to the global Internet.Thanks to the project, the wholesale operator will provide services: BSA service, access to cable sewerage, access to dark fibres, LLU service, Vula service, Colocation, and Final operators will be able to provide services complying with POPC requirements in particular:• Internet with flow rate 100/30Mb/s• TV, • VOIP, • data transmission• interactive Video, • video quality HD• streaming audio/video, • interactive transactions, • access to databases in the Abonent – server model. As a result of the implementation of the wholesale service model, final operators (OK) using the beneficiary’s infrastructure will provide all retail services in accordance with the requirements of POPC.
