Projekt je zaměřen na zkvalitnění stávajících sociálních služeb a poskytování sociálně aktivizačních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi a odbornéhosociálního poradenství v přímé práci s klienty. Cílovou skupinou projektu jsou sociálně ohrožené osoby a rodiny s dětmi a osoby v krizové situaci na Hlučínsku. Cílem projektu je obnovení narušených funkcí rodin, jejich stabilizace, prevence a eliminace dopadu krizových situací na osoby a rodiny vč. zamezování rozvoje sociálně patologických jevů u osob CS. The project is focused on improving the quality of existing social services and providing social activation services for families with children and professional social counselling in direct work with clients. The target group of the project is socially endangered persons and families with children and persons in a crisis situation in Hlučínsko. The aim of the project is to restore disturbed functions of families, their stabilisation, prevention and elimination of the impact of crisis situations on persons and families including preventing the development of social pathological phenomena in CS persons.
