Cílem projektu je zavedení a realizace procesu plánování dostupnosti sociálních služeb v celém regionu "Nad Prahou", které zahrnuje území SO ORP Neratovice a 25 obcí ORP Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav. Prostřednictvím metody komunitního plánování chceme vyhodnotit a aktualizovat již existující střednědobý plán rozvoje sociálních služeb v ORP Neratovice a zpracovat podobné plány pro obce v okolí Líbeznic a Odoleny Vody. The aim of the project is to introduce and implement the process of planning the availability of social services in the whole region of “Nad Prahou”, which includes the territory of SO ORP Neratovice and 25 municipalities of ORP Brandýs nad Labem – Stará Boleslav. Through the Community Planning Method, we want to evaluate and update the already existing medium-term plan for the development of social services in the ORP Neratovice and prepare similar plans for municipalities around Líbeznice and Odolena Voda.
